Summary:
We are looking for a strong and determined Outside Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities for our Systems and Network Integration team.
To be successful in this role, you must be willing to engage new customers by cold calling, attending vendor or networking events and cultivate strong relationships with our technology partners.
Must be comfortable talking to C level executives and presenting ConRes IT Solutions.
Must be able to overcome objections and close the sale! What ConRes offers:

Responsibilities:
Position reports directly to Regional Sales Manager Identify new opportunities Employ solution selling techniques to identify business, developing customized solutions to solve client business requirements Maintain relationships and favorable contacts Resolve customer issues and problems Require face to face contact with customers Maintain an average gross profit volume of at least $25,000 per month # of Hires Needed 1 Exemption Type Exempt Hiring Manager Job Requirements Education:
BS Degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
2-4 years of outside sales experience CRM experience Held an Outside Sales Rep title for at least 1 year Skills:
Good communication skills Strong organization skills Basic computer skills Strong closing skills Training:
Product training and certification must be completed and maintained per Sales Manager's schedule Corporate systems training and certification must be completed and maintained per Sales Manager's schedule Corporate policies and procedures training and methodology must be completed and maintained per Sales Manager's schedule.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
